Hello out there! I know that a number of you have tried to access the website in the last couple of days and have had a couple issues. I just wanted to say that I am in the process of redesigning the website and the website might be a bit iffy over the next two months! I will still be sharing recipes here over the next two months, but sometimes things might look a bit funny, so please bear with me! I am very excited about the changes, and it is long overdue, so I appreciate your patience and I hope you will enjoy what is to come as much as I do! I have worked again with the designer who helped me design the original graphics and logo, and am super excited about sharing this. Hope you are all well, and I will be sharing a new recipe in the next couple weeks. This is a picture of me, my mom and Ernie – I am bugging her about something in the kitchen as per usual – and Ernie, well Ernie just wants food!
