Christina Loucas is a cookbook author, recipe developer and food photographer. She currently lives in Victoria, BC with her family. Her debut cookbook, Cyprus Cuisine, published by Whitecap Books, will be out in 2021. She started this food blog in 2012 to preserve traditional Cypriot recipes and to showcase the delicious flavours of this unique Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.
